Cancellation and Refund

We at AcademicVox believe that CUSTOMER is the KING. Being in the field of imparting knowledge, we consider ourselves a LIGHTHOUSE instead of a BUSINESS HOUSE. Our endeavour and our moral duty are to provide QUALITY MATERIAL to all our customers and ensure their Complete Satisfaction.

Cancellation of Orders

  • For online-only services, cancellation must reach us before the first access/use of the service.

Mode & Time of Refund

Once approved, refunds (after applicable deductions and a 10% administrative fee) will be credited to the account you used at the time of order—shared via your registered email ID.

If needed, refunds may be issued through a payable-at-par cheque, sent only to the address provided at registration.

Note

No refunds will be allowed if:

  • The service has been accessed
  • The product is a soft copy/downloadable product

The processing will generally take 6 working days, and the refund will be credited within 7 working days thereafter.
