Cancellation and Refund
We at AcademicVox believe that CUSTOMER is the KING. Being in the field of imparting knowledge, we consider ourselves a LIGHTHOUSE instead of a BUSINESS HOUSE. Our endeavour and our moral duty are to provide QUALITY MATERIAL to all our customers and ensure their Complete Satisfaction.
The orders placed on our website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, in the rare case that you feel dissatisfied with our product or service, you may be allowed to initiate a Return/Refund at the company’s discretion. In such cases, the decision of our Customer Support Team will be final.
The company is in no way responsible for any delay or litigation in the delivery of Projects/material once dispatched by us, because we use 3rd party courier services—which are among the best—but we can’t guarantee their timelines.
In case the delivery of the Projects/material is delayed by the company, the customer has the right to cancel the order before the delivery of the books/material.

Return/Refund Initiate Process
The Return/Refund may be initiated as per the following guidelines:

We will reimburse you within 7 days from the receipt of the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted as payment gateway and processing charges.
Guidelines for Return/Refund Requests
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- Cancellation request must be made in 24 hour
- Refund will be credited in 6-7 working days
- The goods are in original packaging
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Personalized/customized goods
- Unsealed items not suitable for health/hygiene reasons
- Digital products like assignment PDFs and Flipbooks
- Incomplete or incorrect services (only partial refunds at our expert team’s discretion)
- Discounted/promotional items
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Responsibility for Returning Goods

We are not liable for lost/damaged items during return shipment. Please use an insured and trackable courier service. No refund can be processed without proof of receipt.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate once the returned item is received.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, or if it was given to you by someone who received it first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Cancellation of Orders
- For physical products/services, cancellation must reach us before dispatch.
- For online-only services, cancellation must reach us before the first access/use of the service.
Mode & Time of Refund
Once approved, refunds (after applicable deductions and a 10% administrative fee) will be credited to the account you used at the time of order—shared via your registered email ID.
If needed, refunds may be issued through a payable-at-par cheque, sent only to the address provided at registration.
Note
No refunds will be allowed if:
- The product has been dispatched
- The service has been accessed
- The product is a soft copy/downloadable product

The processing will generally take 6 working days, and the refund will be completed within 7 working days thereafter.
