Physical activity plays a vital role in promoting the overall health and development of school-aged children. With the increasing dependence on digital devices and sedentary lifestyles, children today face reduced levels of physical engagement, leading to adverse effects on both their physical and mental well-being.
Regular physical activity not only enhances muscular strength, flexibility, and endurance but also contributes to improved cognitive function, better emotional health, and enhanced academic performance.
This project explores the deep connection between physical activity and the holistic well-being of children, highlighting how daily exercise routines and active play can significantly improve their physical fitness, emotional stability, and social development.
