Urbanization has emerged as one of the most transformative forces reshaping the cultural landscape of tribal societies in India. As cities expand and development projects reach remote areas, traditional customs, languages, and social structures of tribal communities are undergoing significant change. This project, “Impact of Urbanization on Indigenous Cultural Practices in a Tribal Community,” critically examines how modernization and urban exposure affect the daily life, rituals, festivals, and value systems of tribal populations.
The study investigates the erosion of indigenous traditions, shifts in livelihood patterns, and the adaptation of tribal communities to urban lifestyles. It also highlights how education, technology, and migration contribute to both the preservation and loss of tribal identity.
This project report is meticulously prepared following IGNOU guidelines and offers a balanced academic analysis — making it an ideal choice for students who aim to secure high marks with minimal effort.
