Cancellation Policy

AcademicVox maintains a transparent cancellation policy tailored to distinguish between instant automated downloads and personalized academic mentorship services.
1. Instant Digital Orders
Because soft copy solved assignments and readymade project files are delivered instantaneously upon payment confirmation, cancellations cannot be entertained after digital delivery has occurred.
2. Customized Projects & Synopsis Guidance Orders
For custom research projects, tailored development requests, or personalized synopsis drafting:
- Cancellation before Mentor Allocation: Full cancellation is permitted within 4 hours of placing the order if research work has not been commenced.
- Cancellation after Draft Commencement: Once our senior academic faculty has begun drafting, literature review or software architecture, a proportional fee will be deducted for completed milestones.
3. Cancellation by AcademicVox
AcademicVox reserves the right to cancel any guidance request if the required project topic violates university ethical boundaries, contains prohibited content, or cannot be ethically supported within the requested deadline. In such cases, 100% of any paid amount will be refunded immediately.
