No Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital academic downloadable goods (PDF eBooks, solved assignments, project source code, documentation packages), all purchases made on AcademicVox are governed by our standard No Return & Refund Policy.

1. General Rule: Non-Refundable Digital Goods

Once a student completes the online digital checkout and the downloadable files or tokens are unlocked and made accessible in their dashboard or email, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Eligible Exceptions for Refund / Replacement

AcademicVox will gladly review and issue a refund or free replacement under the following specific verified circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If a student's bank or card is debited twice for the exact same order due to a network glitch, the duplicate transaction will be refunded 100% within 5–7 business days upon verification.
• Corrupted or Unreadable File: If a downloaded file is corrupted and our technical team cannot provide a valid replacement within 24 hours of reporting.
• Wrong File Delivered: If the delivered course code or medium differs from what was explicitly ordered on the invoice, a corrected replacement will be issued immediately or a full refund provided.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (UPI ID, Netbanking, or Debit/Credit Card) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days according to standard banking settlement cycles.
