• To communicate WhatsApp guidance updates and senior mentor consultations requested via our inquiry forms.

Zero Third-Party Data Sale: AcademicVox does not sell, rent, or trade student personal information to any third-party marketing agencies. Data is shared solely with certified infrastructure partners (e.g., Razorpay for payment processing and Google Cloud for secure authentication) under strict confidentiality agreements.

All data transmissions across AcademicVox are encrypted using industry-standard 256-Bit SSL/TLS technology. Passwords stored in our database are hashed using strong Bcrypt cryptography.

5. Student Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to review, update, or request permanent deletion of your student profile and contact details at any time by writing to our compliance officer at academicvox@gmail.com.
